The Information Technology directorate is made up of five functions that cover service operations, delivery, design, data and analytics and information security. You can read more about what they do below.

Service Operations
The Service Operations team ensures the seamless functionality and reliability of essential applications and systems. They provide round-the-clock IT support through support teams, including the service desk and IT systems engineers. They promptly resolve IT incidents, problems, requests assist with projects, ensuring smooth operations and implementation of IT systems. The team’s focus on IT service management maximises the value derived from key systems and services for customers. Additionally, the service transition team meticulously manage all IT changes, ensuring projects are fully prepared for implementation and support, aligning with the needs of MCA colleagues.

Service Delivery
The Service Delivery team is responsible for the agile delivery of business requirements. The team is led by business priorities; delivering excellent quality at pace and integrate with the other teams to ensure a seamless service to the agency.

The Architecture and Design team are responsible for technology portfolio management, strategic roadmaps of systems and infrastructure deployed at the MCA.
