I lead the Service Design team at DVSA, which supports the delivery and improvement of some of the key public facing DVSA services. I joined DVSA because I wanted to experience working with teams which use user-centred design and agile delivery methods. We’ve been growing the team and I’m really proud that we’ve have been able to contribute strongly to projects dealing with the impact of COVID-19 on our services. 

One of the other things I really value is the range of cross-government communities of practice. Being able to talk to peers in other parts of government is a great way of challenging your thinking. This is something my whole team has benefited from.
