“What I love most about this role is that there is no typical day, each day is different.

“For example, my day could vary from a meeting with the Organisation Talent and Learning team and the business consultants, to delivering a presentation on an upcoming talent development programme. This type of work is very important as it creates great learning opportunities for staff.

“I often meet with my Department for Transport (DfT) colleagues, to discuss professions and share best practice in our approaches to deliver career pathways for our respective workforces. I really enjoy this type of work as it offers great networking opportunities and also encourages continuous improvement of our processes, providing fresh perspectives on my project areas.
