“There are so many aspects to get involved with on the Organisational Design and Development team, through the various key stages of a project from discovery, design, to delivery. I enjoy looking at organisational trends and emerging themes of work which we can investigate as a team.
“I support the success of the organisation strategy and future design by taking an overseer role in bringing all parts of the organisation together, making sure the organisation can operate at its best. It involves looking at structures, systems, policies, and elements of the organisation such as culture, values, behaviours, and relationships. I look at how these elements relate and combine into an integrated system, assessing processes and areas that require improving.
