“I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) during my first year at DVLA and was worried I wouldn’t be able to continue working full time. DVLA’s support has helped me to adapt and overcome every challenge faced in the workplace. I’ve always felt comfortable and supported when having open conversations with my manager. I also have a Workplace Adjustment Passport which documents my agreed adjustments, such as a specialist mouse, flexible working and micro breaks, all of which significantly help me.
